Inspri, LLC ("Inspri") offers laminate foam products shaped into seating systems to enhance the seating experience of certain individuals (the "Products and Services") under the trademark Sciata® Seating Systems and Sciata® Seat Systems. The products may be offered under the Inspri trademark Inspri® Products.
Inspri supports a policy of openness about the collection and use of personal information about our consumers. This privacy statement describes how we collect, use and share information that we obtain in connection with our Products and Services. These privacy practices apply to current and potential consumers who purchase and use our Products and Services.
We have adopted and implemented this privacy policy as part of our commitment to protecting your personal information from misuse.

We may collect personally identifiable information and demographic information about you if you choose to purchase and/or use our Products and Services.

We do not receive your credit card information, for your submission of that information is presented directly to our credit card servicing agent, KeyCorp, and you may review their privacy policy online at http://www.key.com . Your credit card information is only collected by KeyCorp on our behalf to charge you for any paid Products and Services you have authorized. Since we will not have your credit card information, we will not be able to and shall not supply your credit card information to any third party.
Unless you to choose to opt out, we may also use personally identifiable information and demographic information to identify products or services that might be of interest to you and to provide you with information by email or postal mail about products or services offered by our company, our business partners or other companies.
We may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary (a) to conform to the law or to comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates; (b) to protect and defend our rights or property or the rights or property of other users of our website; or (c) to act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of our website or the public. DO WE USE TRACKING ON OUR WEBSITE?
Non-personally-identifiable traffic related data may be gathered for the generation of reports by a third-party traffic analysis service provider utilized by Inspri: namely, Google Analytics http://www.google.com/analytics/ . Google’s published privacy policy applies to Inspri’s Google account and does not extend to visitors of insprico.com; Inspri does not mediate a relationship between insprico.com visitors and Google.
If you were directed to Inspri’s website by way of an advertisement or a search on google.com or any of Google’s associated websites, a Google cookie was added to your computer when you clicked on the advertisement or search result. Google uses such cookies to measure the performance of certain advertisements for advertisers who utilize conversion tracking. These cookies expire within 30 days and Google does not associate one’s search activity with their ad click history. Google does not collect or track personally identifying information and may only share certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information with third parties. Users who wish to opt-out of tracking activities may disable Google’s conversion tracking cookie through the preference settings of their internet browsers. The activity of those who disable cookies will not be associated with our Google conversion tracking statistics and program.
